Stiplify provides digital services, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Software access or platform usage

  • Subscriptions and service plans

  • Consulting, setup, or support services

  • Digital deliverables

Due to the nature of digital and service-based offerings, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined below.


2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 One-Time Services & Setup Fees

Payments made for one-time services, onboarding, setup, or implementation fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

If a cancellation request is received before work has started, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.


2.2 Subscription-Based Services

For subscription plans:

  • Charges are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle.

  • No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods.

  • You may cancel future renewals at any time to avoid further charges.

Access to services will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.


2.3 Digital Products & Deliverables

Payments for digital products, downloads, or custom deliverables are non-refundable once delivered or access has been granted, unless required by applicable law.


3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases such as:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Technical errors resulting in incorrect charges

  • Services not delivered due to our fault

Any such requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Service cancellations must be requested in writing via email.

  • Cancellation requests received after work has started or after service access has been provided may not be eligible for refunds.

  • Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not retroactively refund completed or ongoing billing cycles.


5. Payment Processing & Refund Method

All refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method used at checkout and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider or bank.


6. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of access to services and may be reviewed as part of our fraud prevention process.
