2.1 Account & Billing Information

Name, business name, phone number, email address, physical address.

Billing history, order logs, and transaction metadata. (Note: As applicable, payment details are processed directly by secure payment processors such as Razorpay, Cashfree, ThriveCart, Stripe, PayPal, or equivalent platforms; we do not store full raw credit card numbers on our servers).

2.2 Client End-User Data (Data Processor Role)

When you use https://app.stiplify.com to store leads, manage CRM contacts, send emails/SMS, or build funnels, you act as the Data Fiduciary / Controller, and Stiplify LLP acts as the Data Processor. We process your end-user contacts solely on your instructions. You maintain total ownership of this data and may export it in Excel/CSV format at any time.

2.3 System Telemetry & Log Data

Device information, browser type, operating system, and IP addresses.

Activity logs inside https://app.stiplify.com (login timestamps, feature usage, API execution, and configuration history).

Cookies and local web storage to maintain session state and platform security.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

Provision, maintain, and secure your CRM, website hosting, and marketing automation engine.

Execute automated messaging (SMS, Email, WhatsApp, system notifications) and email verification services as configured by you.

Verify account authentications and prevent fraudulent access or unauthorized payment activity.

4. Sub-Processors, Infrastructure & Payment Gateways

To deliver high-availability software services, telecommunications routing, and payment processing, Stiplify LLP transfers data to vetted enterprise sub-processors operating under confidentiality and security agreements:

Enterprise Cloud & Platform Infrastructure: Core software execution, database hosting, CRM processing, and API message routing are powered by LeadConnector cloud infrastructure, operating under SOC 2 Type II certification and AES-256 encryption, hosted across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and enterprise server facilities.

Telecommunications & Verification Providers: Authorized carriers and verification APIs for WhatsApp, SMS, telephony, and email verification.

Payment Processors: As applicable, we utilize payment processors and merchant gateways such as Razorpay, Cashfree, ThriveCart, Stripe, PayPal, or equivalent solutions for secure billing processing.

Stiplify LLP does not sell, rent, or trade personal data or client contact lists to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Security, Anti-Theft & Portability

We implement physical, technical, and administrative safeguards designed to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access:

Encryption: Data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2+, and data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.

Access Control (RBAC): Platform features inside https://app.stiplify.com permit account administrators to restrict staff permissions, preventing unauthorized exporting or downloading of contact databases.

Data Portability: You may export your contact lists and business records via standard CSV/Excel files at any time prior to account termination.

6. Data Rights & Retention

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal account information held directly by Stiplify LLP.

Data Retention: We retain account information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations. Following subscription cancellation, data is retained for a 15-day grace period to allow client exports before being permanently purged.
