What does paid ad management include?
Depending on your business and agreed campaign scope, ad management may include campaign setup, audience and targeting configuration, ad deployment, budget management, performance monitoring, and ongoing campaign optimization.
The specific platforms, number of campaigns, creatives, and scope may vary depending on your business requirements and agreed package.
Which advertising platforms are included?
Campaigns may be managed across supported advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, depending on your business needs and agreed campaign scope.
Not every advertising platform or campaign type is automatically included.
Is my advertising budget included in the CA$299 monthly fee?
No. Your advertising budget is separate from your Stiplify subscription and is paid directly to the advertising platform.
The Momentum Plan includes management of campaigns with up to CA$2,000 in combined monthly advertising spend.
What happens if I spend more than CA$2,000 per month on advertising?
Advertising spend above CA$2,000 per month may require a different management arrangement or additional fee. Please contact us to discuss the appropriate package for your advertising requirements.
Does Momentum include ad creatives and content creation?
Creative requirements vary by campaign. Basic campaign setup may use customer-provided assets or available creative materials. Custom graphics, videos, landing pages, extensive copywriting, or other creative production may require a separate scope or additional fee.
Does Momentum include SEO, social media management, or website management?
These services are not automatically included in the Momentum Plan unless specifically stated in your package or agreed separately.
Momentum is primarily designed to combine the Stiplify platform, personalized platform guidance, and paid advertising management.
How many users can I add?
Your Momentum Plan includes access for up to 20 users.
Are the two monthly consultation calls still included?
Yes. Momentum includes the Growth Plan benefits, including up to two 30-minute consultation calls per billing month for Stiplify platform features, setup, workflows, and usage. Unused calls do not roll over.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Your access and included services will continue until the end of your current paid billing period, subject to the applicable terms.
Are there additional fees?
Usage-based platform services such as SMS, email, phone, AI features, WhatsApp, and certain third-party services may involve additional charges.
Your advertising spend is also separate from your CA$299 Momentum subscription.
Additional marketing, creative, technical, or advertising requirements outside the included scope may be quoted separately.
